Heating and cooling

The heating and cooling for the cottage is controlled remotely. We normally set the heating temperature between 68 degrees and 72 degrees, If you need a different temperature, please reach out to me during your stay.

Lights and Switches

The layout below illustrates the location of the lights and light switches in the cottage. There are 3 outside security lights around the perimeter of the cottage, controlled by motion sensors. The back porch light switch is next to the basement lights, at the top of the basement stairs. Basement lighting is controlled by switches at the top of the basement stairs. The overhead lighting in the living room, large bedroom, dining room and bathroom are dimable.
